Leg Loin Forequarter

1. Forequarter

The forequarter contains the sections of the brisket, neck, shoulder and fore shank. For this section, you get the following products: Bone-in forequarters, Forequarter boneless, oystercut shoulder, foreshank, trimmings 85/80cl

2. Loin

The lamb and mutton loin is available as a whole or cut into pieces such as boneless loin,tenderloin or cutlet. Lamb and mutton loin is very tender meat and is the ideal for grilling. You will receive: boneless loin, tenderloin, lamb french rack, lamb saddle, lamb loin chops, t-bone steaks

3. Leg

The leg of lamb and mutton is a section from the hindquarters. It's very lean, tender and fleshy, ideal for grilling lamb steaks, as well as roast lamb and lamb goulash. We offer the following products: fbo leg, tunnelboned leg (lamb & mutton), lamb leg chops, lamb chumps denuded, hindshanks
