For good reason, we are today one of the leading international meat importers and meat wholesalers in Europe and import our range from virtually all regions of the world – from Germany to New Zealand and Argentina. Our slogan “Best in meat” defines the identity of our experienced meat experts, as we consider it a matter of course to always provide our customers with the best possible meat quality and uncompromising freshness – and for a fair price!

Our aim: quality leadership! How do we achieve this? Through the excellent knowledge of the industry possessed by our sales and purchasing team and our extensive knowhow of the procurement markets around the world. Together, we work day in, day out to meet the high demands we place on ourselves and to extensively advise and support our customers. Particularly in the South American region, but also in our other international breeding countries, we are very well connected in order to meet all requirements and suit even individual requests – hand in hand.

In order to be aware of the effects of our daily work and to arrange for corresponding offsetting, at Jacobsen, we are pioneers when it comes to calculating the carbon footprint for the breeding and import of high-quality beef. As such, we take into account the carbon emissions of meat in our calculations, from breeding to delivery – as part of a holistic approach, and are therefore able to compensate for our emissions and to lay the foundation for a better future even today.

Founded more than 70 years ago, E. Jacobsen GmbH is able to look back on a long, eventful history today.
